Personal thoughts from my run today

Things I believe in:
1. Having my kid see me exercise regularly
2. Exposing my kid to culture of all sorts even if we have to leave early (like today's library program)
3. That you can have fun without electronics
4. Money isn't everything
5. Having my kid see me try new things and use my talents.
6. We are happier if we are serving others. Being self absorbed is no way to enjoy life long term.
7. Bumps and bruises make you stronger.
8. Vegetables lead to a better life.

Things I don't believe in:
1. To dress sexy you have to be slutty
2 Side by side double strollers. Road hogs!
3. Vaccines do more harm than good
4. War is over in Afghanistan just because US troops are withdrawing.
5. That just because you are famous that you understand good public policy.
6. That Americans understand their rights and our political system.
7. Equality can fully be achieved (everyone wants special treatment.)
8. The age limits placed on infant toys.

These are just my personal opinions. This is the kind of thing that happens in my brain when I run. So much for clearing my head! Thoughts are swimming everywhere!!!!
